I like this, not an overused pose.
The only thing I can really see weird is the placement of the ear.

The background is very simple, but it looks fine--not all things need a complex background (and I'm usually too lazy to make them even when they do XD).

The proportions are off, but I already explained most of that to you in AIM; no need to repeat myself. The shading is very minimal; it needs work, mainly on the jacket (it looks pretty much okay everywhere else, but it doesn't follow any of the folds, etc.). Good job overall. :3

(note: if this gets double or triple posted, I'm sorry. DA is being retarded.)

its ok, and I'll try harder to do better on my shading...i havent used PS in forever to shade...so pardon the bad shading.....heh, but thanks hito.
